In DayRate, open Settings, then Connections to approve the data permissions for an AI client. This DayRate approval is separate from the sign-in and authorization you complete in your AI client.

Read data is required. You can also approve Write data, which allows the AI client to change your DayRate records. New approvals remain active until you disconnect them; earlier approvals may have an expiry. Sending invoices is unavailable.

To stop DayRate access, return to Settings, then Connections and select Disconnect for that client. DayRate then rejects that client's future requests. Disconnecting does not revoke the separate authorization at your sign-in provider; data the provider already received is subject to its policy.
